Email marketing

The customers you already have, brought back by email that sounds like you.

Email does two jobs. Automated flows send on their own when a customer signs up, gets a quote, leaves a cart or goes quiet. The newsletter goes to your list on a calendar you approve before the month starts.

Every month, you get

On a month-to-month agreement, in accounts you own.

  1. A send calendar you approve before the month starts.

  2. Every live flow checked for what sent and what did not.

  3. Unsubscribes and dead addresses cleared from the list.

  4. A report and meeting that open with replies and booked work.

Your customer list is the cheapest audience you will ever reach.

Every invoice, booking and order left an email address behind. Most businesses never write to those customers again, then pay to reach strangers instead.

A short welcome series, a follow-up on every open quote and a reminder when service comes due will usually do more than a monthly blast. We build those first, then the newsletter.

What’s included

Scope is agreed in writing after the free audit, so you pay for the parts your business needs.

  1. Welcome flows

A short series for new subscribers and customers: who you are, what you do and what happens next.

  2. Quote and cart follow-up

For service businesses, a follow-up on every open quote. For stores, a reminder when a cart is left behind.

  3. Re-engagement flows

Customers who go quiet get a short reactivation series. If nothing moves, they stop receiving mail.

  4. Service and seasonal reminders

Reminders when a service interval comes due or the season changes, naming the work and when it was last done.

  5. Monthly newsletter

Written in your words around a seasonal reminder, a customer question or a recent job, and approved before it sends.

  6. List cleanup and segmentation

Your list cleaned and split by what customers bought and when they last heard from you.

  7. Sender setup

SPF, DKIM and DMARC records written for your domain, plus one-click unsubscribe, so mail lands in the inbox.

How we measure it

Replies, bookings and repeat orders, reported every month against the baseline we record in week one.

  • Replies and bookings from email
  • Revenue from flows and campaigns
  • Click rate by send
  • List growth and unsubscribes
  • Bounce and complaint rates

The first 45 days

What happens from the audit to your first report.

  1. Free audit

    Before you sign

We read your recent sends, your sender setup and the flows you are missing.

  2. List and sender setup

    Week 1

The list gets cleaned, suppressions built and sender records handed to whoever manages your domain.

  3. First flow in draft

    Week 2

The first flow is written in your words and tested on a seed list before any customer sees it.

  4. First report

    Day 45

Your account manager presents what sent, what got replies and what booked.

Email marketing: common questions

Something else? Ask us directly or call (904) 826-7040.

We do not have a list. Can this still work?

Usually you do. Most customers you have billed left an address in your invoicing system or CRM. We export, clean and mail them in stages, starting with the most recent.

Which email platform do you use?

The one that fits what you already run. If your CRM already sends mail, we build inside it. Otherwise we set up Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar in your business name.

Do you buy or rent email lists?

Never. Bought lists damage your sender reputation and break the rules most platforms enforce.
