AI that takes the repeating work off your team.
Automation, implementation and custom builds for businesses that run on phones, inboxes and schedules.
We build AI into the systems you already use, test each piece beside your current process, and keep it running as your tools and the models change.

- Disclosed. Anything that talks to a customer says it is automated in its first sentence.
- Approved. Customer-facing messages and anything touching money wait for your team's approval.
- Limited. Every build has a written access list, read-only unless the task needs more.
Three ways we work with AI
Most clients start with one automation, then grow into a roadmap and custom builds.
-
AI automation
The repeating jobs that slow your team down, handled automatically.
Automations that answer missed calls, follow up on leads and move records between your systems.
- Missed-call text-back
- AI receptionist
- Lead follow-up
- Workflow automation
-
AI implementation
A clear plan for where AI fits your business, then the rollout, done in stages.
An audit of where AI fits, a written roadmap, staged rollouts and training for your team.
- Audit of repeating work
- Written roadmap
- Tool and model selection
- Access written down
-
Custom AI dashboards and agents
Software built around your business, with AI doing the reading, drafting and sorting.
Dashboards, agents and tools built around your data, your workflow and the decisions you make every week.
- Discovery and specification
- Custom dashboards
- AI agents
- Integrations
What a build looks like
Everything connects to the tools your team already opens every morning.
- Phone calls
- Web forms
- Ad leads
- Emails
- Meeting notes
One connected system
Reads what comes in, handles the routine steps and routes everything else to your team.
- Built inside your accounts
- Approval queue for anything sensitive
- Every run logged
- CRM record updated
- Follow-up drafted
- Appointment booked
- Dashboard refreshed
- Your team alerted
Systems we have built
For clients and for our own team. Client names stay private unless a client asks otherwise.
A sales pipeline dashboard
Every open deal plotted by how close it is to signing, with the full history and next step one click away.
A meeting follow-up agent
Reads the notes from a call, then drafts the follow-up emails and the next agenda for review before anything sends.
A shared team memory
Client facts, rules and open items kept in one place, so every AI assistant on the team works from the same record.
A lead research engine
Builds prospect lists from public business data and checks each one against the profile of a good-fit client.
Rules every build follows
Written into the specification before anything is switched on.
Disclosed
Anything that talks to a customer says it is automated in its first sentence.
Approved
Customer-facing messages and anything touching money wait for your team's approval.
Limited
Every build has a written access list, read-only unless the task needs more.
Logged
Every run is logged and a sample is re-read each month.
Reversible
Any automation or agent can be switched off the same week you ask.
Built on the models and tools that fit the job
We work with Claude, GPT and Gemini, chosen per task by accuracy, speed and where your data is allowed to go. Builds connect to your tools through their APIs or MCP, a standard way for AI models to use software tools, and use n8n, Make or Zapier where a fixed workflow is the simpler answer.
Before anything is built, the roadmap names each tool, the reason for it and what it costs to keep running, so nothing new appears on your card without a decision behind it.
Questions about AI work
Something else? Ask us directly or call (904) 826-7040.
Do we need to be a tech company to use this?
No technical background is needed. Most of our AI work is for service businesses, and the builds sit inside tools your team already uses every day.
Where does our data go?
Each build has a written access list naming the systems it reads and writes. Data stays in your own tools and with the model provider you approve in writing.
How long does a first build take?
Most first automations run beside your current process by the second week. Custom dashboards and agents take longer and are scoped in writing before work starts.
What happens after launch?
We monitor runs, re-read samples, update the build when your tools or the models change, and review results with you monthly.
Will customers know they are talking to AI?
Yes. Anything that speaks to a customer says what it is in the first sentence, and a customer who asks for your team reaches them.
