Reef Pressure Washing

Meta Ads and Google Ads for an exterior cleaning company in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

113 leads and $32,637 in closed work in the first month.

  • 113Leads
  • $32,637Revenue closed
  • 10.9xReturn on ad spend
  • $2,983Total ad spend

The client

Reef Pressure Washing cleans homes across Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, Fruit Cove, St. Augustine and the rest of St. Johns County: house soft washing, roof cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, and paver sealing.

The brief

The owner wanted volume: as many local homeowner inquiries as possible, so the crew's close rate and upsells could turn them into revenue.

What we did

  1. Meta for volume. Instant-form campaigns let homeowners request a quote in a few taps without leaving Facebook or Instagram. Budget moves to the audiences producing leads, and two of them, Home Interest and Real Estate Interest, brought in 66 of the 68 September leads.
  2. Google for intent. Search campaigns put Reef in front of St. Johns County homeowners already searching for pressure washing, soft washing and roof cleaning, with calls and direction requests tracked from the ad.
  3. One pipeline. Meta reaches homeowners before they search and Google answers the ones already searching. Both feed the same pipeline and the same monthly report.

$16,725 of that revenue comes from service plans that renew every 10 months.

The client

A boat and snorkel charter company in the Florida Keys that takes its bookings online.

The brief

Fill the boat. We took over the Google Ads account on 1 June 2026 and also run the company's social media, with one team and one report for both.

What we did

  1. Better-matched searches. Since the takeover the ads reach better-matched searches. Click-through rate went from 6.97% to 8.50%, and one in six visitors from the ads books a trip, at $6.28 a booking.
  2. More return on less spend. In the four months before the takeover the account returned 7.4x. Since 1 June it has returned 9.4x on less total spend, and $947 in booking value a day against $665 before.
  3. Reach with no budget. On 3 August 2026 the page posted a twenty-second reel with no budget behind it. It reached 700,195 accounts and drew 812,877 views, 4,113 saves and 7,507 new followers. 98.1% of its viewers had never followed the page.

Bay Area charcuterie caterer

Google Ads for a charcuterie and grazing-table caterer in the San Francisco Bay Area.

$70,060 in tracked sales at an 8.8x return.

  • $70,060Tracked online sales
  • 8.8xReturn on ad spend
  • 117Online orders
  • $7,971Total ad spend

The client

A Bay Area company that builds charcuterie boards, grazing boards and full grazing-table spreads for events. Its best customers are catering orders for events and gatherings, often worth well over $1,000 each.

The brief

Turn Google Ads into a profitable source of online orders, especially large catering orders, with tracking that follows a customer from the ad click to the completed purchase.

What we did

  1. Budget behind the searches that pay. We paused the loose keyword matches that spent without selling and moved the budget to the catering and grazing-table searches that convert.
  2. Ads that land on the order page. Ads that used to land on the homepage now land on the grazing-table and ordering pages, so a customer ready to order arrives where they can do it.
  3. Tracking for the whole order. Rebuilt conversion tracking follows a customer from the first click through weeks of deciding to the final order, so large catering orders count at their full value.
Return per $1 of ad spend, before and after the July rebuild
  • May to June 20263.95x

$2,935 of spend, $11,592 in tracked sales, 28 orders.

  • July to September 202610.65x

$3,336 of spend, $35,540 in tracked sales, 58 orders.

After the rebuild, sales rose 3.1x and orders more than doubled on less daily budget. In August the average order was about $1,100.

Six months of Google Ads in 2026. Tracked sales are the cart totals of completed online orders. Phone and quote orders are not counted, so the full return is higher.
