What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we receive what you typed: your name, email address and, if you add them, your phone number, website, the services you ticked and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and the time it arrived.
How we use it
We use those details to reply to your request, prepare your audit and, if you become a client, to manage your account. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
How it reaches us
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection to our own server, which sends them to the A1A team by email through our email provider. They are kept in our email and, if you become a client, in our customer records.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, email info@a1amarketingco.com or call our office at (904) 945-6687. We will reply within one business day and act on the request promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
